We're Back!

Sorry for the lack of posts in the past week, I've been in some serious negotiations with the league and higher powers. Hopefully it will all be sorted out in a week or two. If my time off can tell anything, it just proves that LED can't take the blog by the horns and post everyday. The NCAA Tourney has been crazy and I'll keep posting about it. Since college hoops is coming to an end this year, I'm going to do the top ten impact freshmen for next year. Today will be the three that just missed the cut.


P.S. There will never be another player with a flat top fresher than Brandon Jennings had in high school. Easily my favorite high school baller of all time.

Streak for cash

So as some of you might know ESPN.com has a game called "Streak for the Cash". I have dabbled in it but have not been very successful at all. So I decided to chronicle my streak for everyone to read and help out.

These are the rules for all of you that have never heard of this game.
STREAK FOR THE CASH

This will be the first day, I have seven games to pick from. And since no one really cares and i have no experience in NIT basketball that rules out 4 out of the seven games.

Here are the three which i am debating to pick

MLB: spring training game Red Sox Vs. Phillies
NHL: Penguins Vs. Red Wings
NBA: Celtics Vs. Knicks

Well i think the Sox game is too much of a risk because it spring training and no one cares about the final score.

This leaves me with two pretty hard games. The hockey game which is a recent rivalry game and a Stanley cup rematch from a few years ago. but the Penguins are injury ridden. But the NBA game hits a little closer to home with me being a celtics fan. I thinks the celts will win against the revamped Carmelo knicks but should I take the risk?

My Pick: Red Wings Over the Penguins 7:35pm on Versus.

LED has Entered the Building!

The Commish has added a second writer to the Blog. LED will be hitting the blog up with mostly videos about hoops to keep this stuff fresh like Charlie Sheen's Gucci coke bag. If this picture doesn't say I'm ready to blog, I really don't know what picture would. LED is a man of very few words so enjoy his videos.
