Only Two Speed Bumps Left for First Perfect Season

No ID No Idea is on pace to have a historical season for the NSHL. After completing the regular season undefeated, they are only two games away from perfection. With All Star Selections on their way, No ID No Idea should have plenty of names on the list. They've been led by juggernaut Malik Little on offense, lock down defender Joey Wilkes on defense, and quality play on both sides of the ball by the Hannon Brothers Pat and Eddie. The next block in the road is standing in front of them with their Thumbs Up.

How the Mighty Have Fallen: No ID No Idea Upsets the Super Villain Squad

As the sun was fading, the darkness was setting in. This would seem to be the perfect weather for someone called the Super Villain Squad, but with a 40-38 loss,  it was the complete opposite. Riding on the back of Malik Little's three point barrage and game clinching fade-away along, Joey Wilkes' push to the transition game, and with Pat Hannon being a force in the interior, No ID No Idea went from sure fire playoff team to surefire championship contender. The Super Villain squad was up by one at half, but refused to leave their zone defense and paid the price for it. The had great contributions from Jared Lang offensively,  defensively Chad Earls was equalizing No ID No Idea as much as possible, and had their own sniper in Death Stroke.

The game was a back and forth battle with some verbal taunts back and forth, but it was a beautiful game for opening day. The once thought league favorites have gone down in week one, but they'll have plenty of time and chances to contend for the ship. On the other hand, the young guns from No ID No Idea are in for another battle next week against the other winner Thumbs Up. Year two of the NSHL is on to a hot start.
