According to sources that know who Chris Broussard is, the Norton Summer Hoops League has one confirmed expansion team. The only question is will they have what it takes to be a league force. Sources close to the commissioner, who must be left anonymous, have said the league is looking for two expansion teams to make divisions of five with three teams from each making the playoffs.
